This image from The Sartorialist show a wonderful pleated skirt. The fitted area at the hips and the length give it a different look from the knife pleated skirt from the Billy Reid skirt posted yesterday. I have this skirt in red and had it years ago in a taupe in a different size. There is a sexiness about the pleats when you walk.
