A striking red dovetailed work box, with a small brass latch and iron handle on the lid. The red paint is one of many layers on the box, and is quite old -- the interior is painted a cream tone. Rich, rich red and beautifully worn throughout.

The box measures 9.75 or 25 CM by 7.75 inches or 19.5 CM,and 7 inches or 17.5 CM tall.
