Gradation of Ruffles

This photo has it all. A beautiful gradation of ruffles, a tin bucket, rocks and trees. I like the way the color of the bottom ruffles are found in the environment. It appears that there is a lime green ruffle of maybe tulle at the bottom. I can not tell if this is a skirt or a dress, but it really doesn't matter. The feeling is of peace.
